The magic atmosphere of Christmas has started and all around us is about Holidays.

As every year, Xmas decorations light up the cities and Xmas jingles accompany every commercial.

This is the signal that marks the beginning of Christmas Holidays and that brings us back to our childhood.

Coca-Cola Christmas Truck 2005

We have already talked of one important Xmas advert. Indeed, last year heralded a significative anniversary; the famous Coca-Cola Christmas Truck turned 20 years.

This jingle has since become synonymous with the start of the festive period. But there are other important advertisings that, together with their music, have marked the beginning of the countdown to unwrapping presents.

John Lewis – Somewhere Only We Know 2013

In 2013, the retailer John Lewis, that is considered one of the biggest player in the issue of Christmas campaigns, chose Lily Allen for its TV Ads. She provided the soundtrack with a cover of Keane's 2004 single Somewhere Only We Know.

Bauli Pandoro 1998

A very classic of Italian ads is the theme "Ba ba ba ba..." This jingle has lasted since the late ‘80s to the ‘90s. In 1988, a baritone daddy-bear, that seemed to be a family version of Santa Claus, sang with so many children around a piano. The advert has changed over the years, but when we listen to the “Ba ba ba ba” theme, we instantly think about the Bauli Pandoro.
